We see Susan Ross taking pictures and prepping with Abby for what she’s going to say to the press. At the press conference things are going well until Susan goes off script and does a snort laugh.
We then see Liv drinking white wine from the bottle and flashing back to when she was kidnapped. She gets brought out of it when she gets a phone call from Cyrus. He needs her help but Liv says that she’s not back yet. Liv hangs up when she hears a commotion outside her apartment.
The city is trying to change the locks because the rent is over due but Liv interrupts and says that Lois still has five more days before the locks can be changed. The lady approaches Liv’s door and asks if she’s the lady who checks on Lois from time to time. Liv hides the gun and then opens the door. Liv talks to her for a while and then goes into work.
When she gets there Huck and Quinn don’t know what to say. Liv tells them to find Lois Moore’s body for Rose. Obviously, Liv feels guilty. She tells them about how they took her out in a body bag, put Lois’ dead body on top of her and then got into an ambulance. She says to start with finding the ambulance.
We find out that David let’s people come in once an hour every month to talk to him about some conspiracy until Kim comes in with legitimate information on B613. Kim gives David the color coded files.
We see Abby and Cyrus talking to Leo about helping fix the Susan Ross problem. Leo agrees and says that there are three hurdles to overcome. Firstly, she has to get the American people to trust her again, past the senate rules committee, and then lastly convincing both houses of congress.
Leo and Abby are prepping her for an interview where she can be relate able to the core group. When that works they start preparing her for the committee.
David comes to OPA and tells Huck and Jake about a woman coming into his office and giving him his color coded files on B613. He tells them that her husband gave her the files, Diego Munoz. We learn that Huck’s real name is Diego. Quinn then comes into the room and see’s them all talking. However, David and Jake then leave. Quinn tells him that she found the ambulance in an impound lot.
Leo is badgering Susan about what she would do if she were president so Susan says that she quits. When she leaves the room Abby gives Leo a you’re in trouble look.
Huck and Quinn find the ambulance but no body. Huck then goes to see Kim and tell her that she can’t tell anybody about B613. Kim tells him that he should testify for full immunity. Huck then goes to see David and Jake and tells them that Kim isn’t budging. Jake tells him to testify and deny everything.
Abby and Leo fight about how Leo handled Susan Ross. Abby then fires Leo and he leaves her apartment. Olivia is flashing back to when she was kidnapped again when Rose comes in and hands Liv information about Lois’ new hip. Lois tells Liv about how Lois and her met and what Lois really means to her.
Abby comes into OPA and brought salads. She tells Liv that Susan Ross quit and that she fired Leo. Abby begs for Liv’s help with Susan and Liv agrees. Liv tells Susan that she can do the job and still keep her integrity. Liv is watching BNC when Abby calls and says that Susan did good at the committee so why doesn’t she have the votes? Liv realizes that it’s Fitz and then Abby comes to the same realization. Abby then asks Liv please.
Abby and Cyrus are talking to Fitz in the oval about the senate hating him with Liv standing in the back listening. Abby and Cyrus tell him what they think Liv thinks and then finally Liv speaks up.
“It wasn’t the war. It was the way you went about it. One minute, you say we ‘re never going into West Angola. Then three days later, U.S. soldiers are dying on their beaches. A week after that, you change your mind again. All of a sudden, you’re bringing the troops home. Never mind the democrats. You made a mockery of democracy.”-Liv
After Liv’s speech Fitz comes around his desk and approaches her while Abby and Cyrus look anywhere but at them. They have a moment of magnetic attraction but Liv steps back and tells Fitz to go apologize. She then leaves the oval and gets a call from Quinn. Quinn tells Liv that they found Lois’ body and are going to get her.
Huck is at Kim’s place and is enjoying talking to Javi. Kim tells him that after the deposition that Huck can come around more to be with Javi. Huck asks Quinn if she still talks to Charlie and she says sometimes. Huck then asks her to tell him to destroy the rest of the B613 files. Quinn then demands to know what is going on. Huck tells her that Kim gave the files to David and wants him to press charges. Quinn says that that will blow back on Liv and that he can’t let that happen.
At the deposition, David asks Huck about his first assignment and he says that he doesn’t remember. David asks him about his second assignment, the location of B613, and who was in charge and Huck says that he doesn’t remember but he starts seeing flashes of his life with Kim. Then David asks about the hole.
Huck says that he measured the walls so he wouldn’t go crazy. Huck then describes his routine and says that having a routine was important. Fitz goes to apologize to the democrats which allows Susan to become the new vice president. Leo and Abby make up. Kim kisses Huck.
Liv is at the funeral home with Rose. When Rose asks what happened to Lois, Liv tells her that “they found her on a bench inn Georgetown. Waterfront Park– the one next to the river. She had her head tilted up to the sun, her eyes were closed. The medical examiner said it was an aneurysm. One of the best ways to go. It happened so fast. There’s not a moment of pain. “- Liv
Liv is apparently thinking of standing in the sun and her time on the island. When she gets back to her apartment we see that she bags up her wine stained couch cushion and puts it outside of her apartment. She then gets her popcorn and red wine.
Jake is reading what Huck said in David’s office. David tells Jake that he is going forward with the case.
